This is my first year of planting calendulas and I really like them. They are a fantastic cool season annual for the Deep South. I planted these from seed last November and they have been very easy. They make a small, rounded plant that has a very pleasing shape and they don't get so tall that they flop. I suspect they would make a wonderful front border plant for a bed.
I needed a place to put all my gardening notes. Thought it would be fun for other people to see my input on various items of interest. I'm particularly fond of roses, fragrants, and flowering vines. Hope you enjoy.
